The K8 from Schleicher is a single-seater glider from the 50s, which is mainly used as a training aircraft for beginners due to its robust construction. This true-to-the-original replica of Phoenix - with a wingspan of an impressive 4.50m - is made using the latest laser-cut technologies as a light and high-strength wooden construction that impresses with its enormous attention to detail.

Extremely high degree of prefabrication The model is made in extremely light and high-strength, laser-cut balsa wood construction. The construction impresses with an enormously high degree of prefabrication, which reduces the construction effort almost to the installation of the drive and electronics. The model is prepared for spoilers and is also completely and true to the original covered with iron-on foil.

Numerous scale details The KA8B from Phoenix Model has numerous scale details ex works. Many beautiful detailed solutions make the model look like the original. A special highlight is the detailed cockpit and the fully painted pilot figure. But the model is not only confusingly similar to its prototype on the ground - the KA8B also has an impressively prototypical flight pattern in the air.
