Acrobatic model of a mid-plane, based on a real model of an aerobatic special. The model again brings very pleasant - dynamic flight characteristics that will be appreciated by both beginners of aerobatic flying and advanced acro/3D piloting pilots. The model has a very attractive and at the same time predatory modern design in Airbrush style.

Carbon wing reinforcements are newly added to the model.

In 2008, we launched the EXTRA VA-330 model on the market, which was our pioneer in the production of medium-wing aircraft, and since 2011 we promise to rework the model into the current style of our models, i.e. with complete rounding of shapes, plastic accessories, structural details of the fuselage, etc. .. That has now happened and we are happy to present to you the old model EXTRA 330SC and VA-330 II. We managed to preserve or even improve the flight characteristics of the model, so Extra is the owner of a very pleasant, unobtrusive flight performance, which can be spiced up with a good dose of dynamics. We can therefore safely recommend this model to everyone who wants to get acquainted with aerobatic piloting and at the same time also to advanced pilots in the field of aerobatic/3D flying. The range of speeds is comparable to the old version of the model, the model thus again allows a slow but also a faster way of flying, in popular terms, if we want to really get going, there is no problem.

Changes compared to the old version: It is true that, compared to the old version, the model has been practically completely redesigned, especially with regard to the structural solution of the hull, where currently used elements prepared on CNC machines, plastic elements (cabin, engine cover) are used. The model already includes fuselage reinforcements for precise flying, fiberglass rudder levers, laser-cut elements, removable landing gear, etc., etc.

The model has plastic mock-up parts (clear cabin, engine cover) and also a number of laser-cut parts, thanks to which the model is very strong and at the same time light. The width of the Extra is 1050 mm, so the model can be transported, without the need for disassembly, in practically any medium-class car, in the trunk of the vehicle.

For the accuracy of the flight and the overall integrity of the model, the plane's fuselage is reinforced with plywood profiles, already in production.

The design of the model is adapted to modern styles and thus combines elegance with a predatory line, thanks to which the surface finish is once again unique and overlooked. The print of the model is here on all surfaces of the model, double-sided.

Assembling the model is a matter of a few moments, the pre-production of the model is high and the kit contains, as we have already mentioned, a number of precise, laser-cut parts that fit together perfectly. All construction nodes are thoughtfully designed in such a way that there is no room for long thinking about where what and how it belongs, in addition, the model is supplied with a very detailed construction, printed instruction, which does not give much space during the course of the video instruction, which can be downloaded from our website for any questions or improvisation.

As a drive unit, we recommend choosing an AC motor with a thrust of around 1 kg, 890-1200 rpm. The servo should have at least 2.5kg of thrust and preferably a 9g digital one with carbonite gears. The battery is recommended 1500 - 2200mAh 3S LiPo. In any case, it is good to keep in mind, when choosing components, that the appropriate selection and flight weight also determines the quality of the flight and, above all, the acrobatic performance of the aircraft.

Model development:

Due to the high degree of pre-processing, the time to assemble the model is 2-3 hours, depending on skill.
The kit contains an assembled fuselage, a pair of wings, rudders, plastic parts and complete accessories (wheels, levers, braces...) needed to complete the model.
