While every effort is made to ensure items on this site are in stock, there may be occasions where an item may not be available. In such cases where replacenent stock is expected in more than two working days, we shall endeavor to contact you by telephone, email, or both to discuss the options available.

All Items are subject to shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are calculated by cost/volumetric weight.

Goods will not normally be despatched on days when the shop is closed.

We can only ship to geographical addresses. PO Box and BFPO addresses will not be accepted.

UK Mainland

Small packages will be sent by Royal Mail. Larger packages will be sent by Courier.
All items will be sent using a 24hr service.
Courier collections and deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

Royal mail deliveries may be recorded/special delivery at either our discretion or your request and therefore may need to be signed for upon receipt.

Courier deliveries must be signed for.

Overseas

Small parcels up to 2Kg (volumetric) will be sent by Royal Mail Small packet airmail, and may include International Signed For or Airsure service which will require a signature on delivery.
Larger parcels from 2~30Kg (volumetric) will be sent by Courier.

Any items returned for any reason will be at your cost and liability.
